Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.thecoffeeloungecornwall.com (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion we have sponsored or which is featured on our site, and when you report a problem with our site.

|Google Analytics||We use Google Analytics’s software to carry out statistical analysis of page use, page interactions, conversion tracking and paths through cornishgems.com. This is known as web metrics. This information allows us to identify customers and more accurately understand their individual behaviours and needs. This means that we can more easily tailor offers and information which may be of interest to individuals. We will only send marketing emails when customers have given us permission to do so. This information is not passed to third party companies for their use. Our digital marketing agency has access to this along with other Cornish Gems data, to help increase the relevancy of our direct marketing. To get a better idea of our demographics and users’ interests we have implemented Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising (Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings. In addition, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on to disable tracking by Google Analytics. We will use the data provided by Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to develop the site and content around our users’ interests.|

Where we store your personal data
Any payment transactions will be carried out by an independent third party and that transaction will be governed by the third parties terms and conditions.

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience.
Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
