Tregothnan Tea Cocktail Event
In preparation for our Tregothnan Tea Cocktail and Kirsty Bridgewater jewellery event, team members Max and Callie visited the Tregothnan estate to learn more about a truly Cornish product.
Kirsty Bridgewater will be launching the latest collection of her contemporary jewellery, designed and made in St Ives.
Home to the Boscawen family and boasting the largest botanical gardens in Cornwall, including the Camellia Sinensis, (tea plant.) The Tregothnan Estate opened it’s doors to the public on the 13th and 14th April this year with all proceeds from the event going to Cornish charity https://www.isightcornwall.org.uk/
Max and Callie enjoyed seeing where the tea leaves are grown as well as sampling the tea. As part of our cocktail evening we will be presenting:
The Pit Pony: Tregothnan Iced Tea, Ginger Beer, Dark Rum, Lime Zest and Mint Leaves
G and Tea: Gin, Vermouth, Tregothnan Iced Tea, Mint Leaves, Elderflower Ice Cubes and Pea Shoots
